Watch out for Dlink and Linksys, because they use multiple chipsets. Also, I recommend that when you flash it, you do it on a Windows 98 machine, because if you use a Windows NT/2000/XP system and a premade BIN file, you are going to have the same hardware address on your adapter as on the BIN file, this can be a pain for some things. I recommend you do it with MACPARSE and be very sure to reset the hardware address to be the same address on the adapter label. 02-26-2002 19:44:35

Factory sealed refurbs from Netgear. Look to be excellent. FYI, Netgear packs them in boxes of 10 for anyone thinking about quantity buying. Just to echo, these are great once flashed. Sure I hosed my first one and had to put the Linksys binary back on it :) but it all worked out okay. I certainly learned how all the utilities work. 02-27-2002 23:21:38
