How to format Compact Flash in the audrey itself?

First, I apologize if this has already been mentioned, I have scanned all 20 or so pages
of posts, and missed it if it has been mentioned (does the search work? doesn't for me)

Anway, can't you just load dd and format the compact flash from the audrey herself?
Then load it in Gem Explorer and load the compact flash image?

Or am I wrong?

If so do all you need is dd...
Help...

Actually, you don't need dd or to format the CF in Audrey.

Just run devb-cf and then cat something to /dev/cf.
