I have a TRGpro that will not sync the phone book, the scheduler data works no problem. My wife has a handspring and it works with both, phone book and scheduler data. I have tried both Audreys I have with the same results. Does any one have a fix or suggestion for this?
My HandEra 330 syncs fine with it. Different owner/sync names on the too handhelds right? Using the serial port? Make sure your Audreys are updated to the last official version of the OS. It seems like there were various sync problems with the older OS versions.
I have the latest version of OS, also the TRGpro uses the serial port and the hand spring uses the USB port. I am also tried changing the name on the TRGpro.
