| I am having some trouble getting into the mail on Audrey. Every time I press the mail button, I am transferred to the mail application and then I see the mail program with New, Old, Sent, etc. The New button lights up for less than a second and then the mail application stops and all I get is the Audrey background, blank with no mail program. Every time I press the mail button the same thing happens and I cannot get into my mail application anymore. I have tried shutting down for a short time as well as a long period of time with no luck.
If I reset the audrey using the password method will I lose my final update + shell that I have already completed downloading? Or, what else can I do to fix this, can I delete the email messages in the mail application somehow and that might fix it? Has anyone had to deal with this problem and what did you do to get the mail application working again? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks. | |
