Script with parsing for the TZ variable needed

To set TZ before starting shelf and have the correct time in Audrey shelf, instead of the hard coded Central Time, I need a script that parses the TZ set by each user in /config/Timezone and exports this value before starting shelf too.
End result of the script should be:
export TZ=<parsed value>
shelf &
Any ideas if this is possible and how to do it?
Thanks!

try this (working from memory, not at my audrey right now...)

export TZ=`cat /config/Timezone`

note that those are backwards ticks (NOT apostrophes, NOT double quotes) around the cat /config/Timezone command, which tells the shell to replace the command with the results of the command.

hope this helps...

Thanks! Works like a charm.
One more problem to solve for my image update, the compile for the ntp client.
See its own thread on the BBS. Who can help?
