I am totally new to this sort of thing. I did a search are suggested but saw nothing.
I just got Audrey and am awaiting my ethernet adaptor.
question 1: I am running win98II... just got cable access. They connected to a cable modem but no router. Running cat 5 is going to be difficult. Can Audrey be connected by any kind of wireless network..if so recommendations.
question 2: If it can be... can my daughter's laptop running windows 95 also be connected to the same network wirelessly?

Currently there are no drivers to support wireless adapters. For that matter there seems to be only one driver that works *well* for the usb adapters and it is for the klsi (kawasaki) based chip in the adapters you see mentioned on the board so much. Your daughter can get her laptop online wirelessly with a basic wireless network kit with the Wireless Gateway(WAP11) and PCMCIA Wireless NIC(WPC11). http://www.linksys.com/products/group.asp?grid=22
So... I have the D-Link DWL-1000AP successfully hooked into my ethernet network, and a laptop on it okay. I can get the RoamAbout shown at http://www.enterasys.com/products/items/CSISA-AX/ and it should integrate seamlessly into my wireless network? I'm just confused because it says on that page, "The RoamAbout Ethernet Adapter requires one RoamAbout PC Card (CSIBD-xx-xx) which is not included."
