Possible problems caused by frequently unplugging Audrey
unplugging Audrey

I have read so many posts about Audrey suddenly starting to behave eratically.
My theory is because Audrey has no on/off switch it is meant to be plugged in at all times. What we are doing here is reflashing and unplugging Audrey all the time and I believe that could be a source of problems. If I do that with my Windows, Linux, OS/2 or QNX PC I can be shure I will have problems. For me that could be the cause of several problems with Audrey too and I wonder if we can come up with a safe way of unplugging this thing, if at all possible. Personally I try not to unplug Audrey unless absolutely necessary and that's also the reason I built in a "rescue" script in my updated "Antoiher QNX Image".
Any ideas floating around?

If I unplug Audrey, I typically run "shutdown" first. When Audrey's screen turns black, I unplug the unit. By doing this, it is less likely that you will unplug the power while the system is writing into the flash memory.

Of course, this can only be done if you can run "shutdown" :).

That's what I do too. The problem may be you have a short moment to unplug, but I believe too that's the best you can do, so far.
