XP / Gemulator problems

Ok, I took back my Antec pcmcia -> cf adapter and got a dazzle zio USB CF reader. Same problem, gemulator doesn't see it, so i can't write the image. Is this an XP thing? Should I dual boot 98 just to get this working? Are there any tricks to get gemulator to see the drive? help. ;)

ok, im dumb. i just had to reboot. all is good, audrey is flashed :) now to get usb ethernet working...

i used jukebox's usb image, and ethernet now works :)

I have a dazzle CF reader.writer and when I load up gemulator and select the drive e:\ the options to create file from image are all greyed out? What am I doing wrong? Also can I use 128 CF?
All I want to do is prove money can't make me happy....
