Hi,

Since I'm waiting for my new CPU coolers and 64 mbyte memory to be delivered, I decided to turn my attention to voyager. I have noticed that when I bring up voyager (from jukebox image) it says version 2.01, but the documention on the QNX site says 2.02. Voyager 2.02 is suppose to suppose javascript 1.1, almost all of it. However, I'm having a problem with alerts. When I run my web page with an alert, I get a new blank web page, and another, and another, .... To the point that I have to restart audrey.

Anyone have this pronlem?

What version of voyager are we using?

If not 2.02, then how do I get it. I need javascript 1.1

I used voyager from the RTP 6.0 Could be voyager in RTP 6.1 is a higher version, but you cannot replace just like that, a lot more will be involved adding libs.

I originally tried using the voyager from 6.1. I was able to get it to run, but had some very strange problems with screen refreshes that made web pages unreadable. I recommend you stick with the 6.0 version.

I looked the both the voyager in the 6.1 RTP (repository) and the one in the jukebox image. Most of the files in the jukebox photon directory are old, from yr 200. Except a few, like voyager, which for some reason has a date stamp on Oct 21 2001, and is 100K larger than the 2.02 version which is dated 6/22/01. The 6/22/01 version is "newer" version 2.0.2. Was voyager re-compiled?

I though most of the jukebox image was 6.1? Or is it a mix of both 6.0 and 6.1? Using newer software is going to be a pain. Time for a complete redo including the IPL code, yuck!
