Where to get really good instructions on installinga QNX CF Image

Hello,
I'm kinda new to this thing and was wondering if anyone can point me to some really good, step by step instructions on how to flash my Audrey to a new QNX Image. Which image is the best? I have been able to update the Audrey to latest version, got shell, installed a mp3 player, etc. so I'm getting the hang of it, and learning pretty fast but would like some really detailed instructions when it comes to flashing the Audrey. Can anyone help? BTW I am thinking about using the "Audrey QNX Platform with QNX 6.1 USB support by jukebox" any thoughts, comments?

Hi, i have spent a fair amount of time trying to get my audrey(s) update to shell and finally broke down and just bought a card flashed with the final+shell image. Updating with this CF card took about 5 minutes. This guy is seeling the cards and I think it is worth it:
