How to backup Audrey to Hard Drive

I want to start playing around with different images on my Audrey. However I would like to be able to backup my stock Audrey incase I want to ever go back to the original setup. I would also like to be able to store the image on my hard drive of my pc. From what I have been able to research I see how to cat the filesystems onto the CF card, but I dont know how I can take that image and save it on my pc. Any help would be great.

On audreyhacking.com in the main menu you have two items: Making and Archiving images. They are the tell all for what you want.
