even though I have an ethernet adapter I primarily use audrey in a far away location in the house with no ethernet so use dialup. previously every time I needed to get a new file to the audrey I'd have to stretch a 30ft ethernet cable there or unplug it all and move it over to my switch. now I don't need to.
I simply email myself the file using uuencode to encode the file and then go into /data/email/in and uudecode the mail message with the file on it.
you can get uudecode for qnx here
I'm not sure if it's easy to send files like this by uuencoding them and appending it to a message in sendLater
and since most of you folks are using ethernet it's no problem for you anyway (I envy your fast always on net connections!)
