Trying to get the version of PIC Frame included in the V.USB1-1 package working with more JPG files. All it does after I add a 3rd file JPG to audrey is show a black screen, but you can see something is happening (screen strobes every 2 seconds or so). Wheh I delete this 3rd file -- picframe works fine.
Here's what I did --- copied one of the sample JPG files (using FTP) over from Audrey onto my PC. Used Photosuite III to modify it a bit (drew a box around one area of the pic), then FTP'd the file back to Audrey (into /kojak/pics/) as a file named Pic3.jpg . The other two files on the audrey are named Pic1 & Pic2. Also did a chmod on Pic3, check using DIR and all file attributes are the same for all 3 JPG files on audrey. Thought maybe Photosuite III was messing up so did the same experiment using another photo editor with same result.
Any ideas why I can't get another JPG file to display on PIC Frame?
I don't believe this version of Pic Frame is the best program.. Currently I use PicSaver from davinci27 as a screensaver that exits when you tap the screen. It works great. Here you can download and find more information: http://www.davinci27.org/audrey/software.html
