I do this all the time, although I don't use net zero. On Audrey, I set up a hosts file in /etc with the IP address of my windows box (not needed for just browsing the internet). Also, assign an IP to Audrey in "Audrey Options"-"Internet Settings"-"Advanced", and other info. Finally, set up your modem on the windows box to be the internet connection (probably already is), and the ethernet card to be the local connection. For example, on my boxes, I have:
Windows:
Under TCP/IP properties on my network card:
IP Address: 192.168.0.1
Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0
Default Gateway: 198.168.0.1
Also, I think you need internet connection sharing set up on the windows box.
Set up the modem as you normally would to get to the internet.
Audrey:
IP Address: 192.168.0.2
Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0
Default Gateway: 192.168.0.1 (same as windows box)
Hostname: logan (you can make up a name here)
Primary DNS: 192.168.0.1
Secondary DNS: (IP of an alternate box you might have)
You of course may have read about having the proper ethernet adapter for the picky Audrey--get a flashed one off of ebay if you have not--not any old one will do. Also, I suggest http://www.audreyhacking.com , if you've not perused their forum.
The hosts files (on both machines) allow you to point your browser directly to the other machine, if you happen to have a web server running on it. Otherwise, you might not need the hosts file.
Good luck,
