First time trying this so bear with me. Using a win99 machine, when I start "macparse" I get "error drivers" if I click OK program starts, but says "Port can not be initialized, please reconfigure". Under configure/com Driver name is "qtprog" mode is USB and unit is 1. What am I doing wrong here?

I think the problem is that you have the wrong tools. I had similar problems. There is a posting here somewhere (but I can't recall where or I'd point you directly) saying that the qttools were moved. Once I downloaded those I had no problem programming my EA101. Good luck -- it's worth it.
