I am following the MP3 Setup instructions at www.canoma.com/audrey/mp3.html explicitly. Even though WIN2K comes with an FTP server I downloaded the WAR FTP Daemon. I set it up per instructions with user ID and Password both set to a and uses AudreyApps as home Directory (Has Read & Write Access). I log onto the Pterm shell just fine I get the # instead of the $.
I cd to /kojak/img/eng/config - everything is cool
I FTP to my computer - everything is cool
I logon a/a - everything is cool
WAR FTP Daemon tells me it download using binary
I type mget *.gif - everything is cool
WAR FTP replies with mget mp3_button_activated.gif?
I type y and return - My FTP World comes to an end as I get
200 Port command okay
501 Permission denied
and then it moves to the next gif file in the directory and does the sames thing until all gifs are done. Naturally none of the gifs crossed over.
