Well, let's see, you could go to tigerdirect and get a used, refurbished Audrey in who knows what condition without a power supply for $90. Then go to ebay and hope you're lucky enough to find a used power supply for $45.50 (final bid of the last one that sold plus shipping and insurance).
Or go to http://AudreyUpgrade.com and get a brand new factory sealed Audrey with a guarantee that it will come with everything it should and a 30 day guarantee that it won't die on you for $149, a whopping difference of $14.50. Plus at AudreyUpgrade.com you have the option of having the Audrey upgraded to 333MHz and even having an image put on it at no charge.
Seems like a no-brainer to me, but to each their own. That's why we have freedom of choice.
I bought one of these units. IMHO this is not an unreasonable price for a mint condition internet appliance having a screen much roomier than say a PDA form-factor thingy. Audrey Upgrade has gone out of their/his way to help me get online (it's a no-brainer, although I haven't gotten through to my ISP yet, I will call them)...I don't regret owning this device, I just hope it will work with my ISP...
