Starting Image - and hangs?
Seems to load valid image and then hangs

I put the new flash card in my beat-up Audrey and test load - it seems OK, but "stops" at starting image.

It looks like other posted examples that worked (except for the 3Com IPL XLv??.??)

If the checksum is OK should I be in business?

Is there some button I press? Keyboard? Is it bitched? - Never seen a functioning Audrey.

BTW:
I bought the fash off Ron Trotto / trycatchconsulting so I assume it started OK.
(I ordered Another QNX Image, and someone posted c6e01def as the checksum of jukebox4-0.cf - but that would be fine too)

Well I can answer my own question now.

Audrey did nothing after "Starting Image" and appeared hung...

Flash it with same image - and now a functioning box.

Cool - if that how it is supposed to work, I sure didn't get that out of any of the instructions or discussions, but...

If you test run an image, it will say it's loading but not write it. I've done that to check out an image on a working Audrey, and gotten my existing image loaded. So, I guess it just looks it over, then loads whatever is in the flash currently. Since your Audrey was non functioning, that must have been what happened.

Just read the thread again ...

If your Audrey was not working to begin with, you would not have seen it boot after doing the testload as it runs what was there before .. I will add that note to the instructions right now ...

Sorry about the misunderstanding ..
