I've been reading meassages on this board for a few days and haven't been able to figure this out. I'm a bit technically challenged so please bear with me.

* I have a PC hooked up to the DSL modem.

* I'm trying to connect audry to the PC and use some sort of internet sharing SW or just DHCP to get access to internet

* I don't understand why I need to buy the USB-Ethernet adapter? Why can't I just use a USB cable to connect Audrey to my PC and run some sort of Software on the PC to share the connection.

Thank you!

maslude,
It is not technically possible. There are USB-to-USB cable/adapters available for PC-to-PC connection, but you need to have the driver installed on each PC. There is no such driver for the Audrey.
