Voyager says "adf" and does not load pages
Launching Voyager does this. Close out, relaunch, works fine.

If I launch voyager, she tries to load with "adf" in the status line at the bottom. This is puzzling. So, I close the window. Re-launch voyager and my default home page comes right up! This odd behaviour continues time and time again, without any reason I can find. I did a search and read a long thread earlier where someone mentioned this, but it seems to me this is a network issue, as I have seen mail checking problems coincide with this. Has anyone else seen this? I am running the Infinity image from Audrey hacking (downloaded a couple weeks ago) and using Audrey on the recommended 3com USB adapter.

Any ideas? Do I have a bum image and I need to reflash?

The only other problem I have seen is that the browser sometiems truncates hyperlinks. Text will display OK, but when hyperlinks appear in flowing text, it's like there is not enough room for the underlined text to appear, so I lose the last letter of the link, or half-letter, if that makes sense. The link works, but it's just hard to read.

that is related to memory problem. some pages are simply too huge to load. I've found that it helps if you turn off caching and you may want to try 256color mode.

I know the image is jam-packed with goodies, and that's terrific, but I wouldn't mind losing a few things to make this work better. Certainly disabling cache is a good idea, but this is intermittent. When it occurs, I close the browser, reopen it and the same page works fine. Is the cache being cleared and that's why it works? It's the same page loading, and in fact, I cannot get any bookmarks, or any URL to function at all when this happens. I really do need to close the browser and reopen. I will do some tests over the next few days and see if I can correct this.

By the way, thanks for the fast reply! Incredibe! Really, I gotta hand it to you for creating the ultimate image, and then coming back with answers about it after only 2 hours! That's amazing. Thanks so much!
