I just bought my folks an Audrey so my mother could do email and Web work in the kitchen. They got it set up yesterday just fine -- even sent me two emails using their local ISP -- but when my dad tried to get mom set up with her own email address, they started having problems. The tech at their ISP couldn't figure it out, and I'm in Boston -- so I can't really help troubleshoot.
My folks aren't that tech savvy -- far from Audrey hackers ^_^ -- so are there any Audrey enthusiasts in the Midwest -- even northern Wisconsin --who might be willing to help my folks out by email or phone? I'd sure appreciate it. Imagine their initial excitement -- and current frustration. (My mom even called the now-disconnected 3Com support number!)
