Problem with Picture Frame?

Hello All -

I am having loading any pictures into the picture frame (picsaver) program on infinity ultimate 1.1s. I have it on automount to my winxp computer, and i can open the pictures (640X480) just fine in image viewer. However, when i try to preview the picture frame, it flashes to a quick frame of "loading image," then back to the normal screen. I've messed around with a couple other pictures and settings, and the best I could get was for it to freeze at the Loading Image screen, and no picture ever showed up. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Adam

I'm having the same problem, though I have noticed that the log file contains the filenames of the images I'm trying to load off of the network resource, so the information is getting to the pictureFrame app.

Ditto me as well...I have my jpgs in /pics and when I open Picture Frame, it hangs when trying to open a pic. A status bar shows but no progress ever occurs.

As I have been able to get everything else working with my Audrey's and my network I am a bit shy to say I have never been able to get this program to work correctly either. Best I have been able to do is to get it to show only one pic. over the network, even though I have others in the same Dir. Would love to get it to work right... Have been blessed to be grandpa for the first time and have many pics of the grandson to show!

Had the same problem...After trying everything it turned out that simply changing the extensions of my pics from .JPG to .jpg fixed it!
