I just got my audrey from www.letterfolders.com. They said it was open box but that they would test it before sending it. It was a gift for my mother. I already have an audrey. I tried swapping the power plugs to see if that was it and it's not. It does nothing when I try to start it. It's one of the green audreys. I'd really like to avoid trying to return it to this place... they've been terrible so far. They shipped it two weeks later than they said they would, despite having it in stock. Obviously they didn't test it either. Any ideas?
