My Audrey won't disconnect properly from the phone line. I am using a dial-up connection. My Audrey is not altered or upgraded. After getting mail or browsing, I need to physically remove the phone cable from Audrey's phone jack in order to "hang up the phone". Otherwise, even if I trigger the Disconnect button in the Actions Palette, the line will soon begin to squawk that noise that signals it's "off the hook". There is nothing wrong with the phone line. Is the modem defective?
