Just got an audrey but it doesn't respond to my ISP dial-up service,please help.I double checked my entry parameters eg.isp username,password,isp local dial-up number, no connection. Do I have to re-flash my audrey?

I've got a small local Toronto ISP called 295.ca that I've been using just the last 2 months. It seems to overload with too many users now since my laptop also loses this dial tone ISP.The message on my Audrey is "Audrey can't detect a dial tone, please check your phone unit and its connection to your phone jack." The phone jack has a tone as do the jacks on the audrey.It might be this particular ISP. I may have to try another like AOL to verify this.
If you're getting the "can't detect a dial tone" error, then we'd definitely say you've got a problem with your Audrey's modem. It sounds as though there are some issues with the ISP as well since your other computers loose connection. If Audrey can't even detect a dial tone though, your modem is bad and needs repair.
