Audrey no longer powers up successfully. It continuously emits a clicking sound without displaying an image on the screen.
I've tried to unplug it from the wall and reconnecting it after a couple of minutes and nothing. I know it still works because I did get it to power up normally once by holding the power button down while reconnecting it to the wall outlet, but as soon as it could not find an IP address (forgot to connect it to my LAN) it turned off again and won't reboot successfully.
This Audrey's software has not been updated or tampered with in any way. I've been using it out of the box for the last 3 years without problems.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
I only used the org. software for 3 days so not sure if this applies but I think it's worth a try. I have 7 Audreys, three times I have had a similar problem. The fix every time has been to reflash.
