TRying to remove personal info from a file in shell

I'm going to sell my Audrey on eBay cause I'm hard up for cash but before I do I'd like to get rid of any personal info thats left behind. I found this thread during a search and as a newbie to UNIX I 'm stuck trying to edit the POP3 Password=xxxxxx line in the ispsetup.cfg file. I got to it by typing:

cd data
ls
more ispsetup.cfg

Thats as far as I can get. How do I edit the POP3 Password=xxxxxx line?

Thanks

You really shouldn't need to edit the file at all. Just go into Internet Settings under AudreyOptions and delete the information there for your ISP settings and from the mail program, into Mail Options and delete any info there. Both can be accessed by the second small silver button on the bottom right of Audrey, just above the power button. Once you tap "done" after you delete the info, the file will be updated with the new "blank" information.

If you really want to edit the file though terminal, you'll need to familiarize yourself with some UNIX commands to be able to navigate to do what you want. Once you have some of the basics down, you can edit the file with the "vi" command.
