Help Changing Vender and Product ID on USB Adapter

Hi,

I'm trying to network my Audrey using a Linksys USB100TX adapter. I'm following the directions at 3rdMoon that say it can be done, by loading a specific driver for the Linksys USB adapter. http://www.3rdmoon.com/crusso/audrey/ethperiph/otherthan3com.htm

I'm having a problem though, using Windows XP, Windows will not accept QTPROG.INF as a suitable driver. It rejects it with the message: "the specified location does not contain information about your hardware."

I think I need to load this driver in order to change the vender and product ID to a 3COM ID.

Can anyone help?

Thanks.

You need to get a different version of qtprog.inf -
