Hi all,
I have managed to get the compaq IA-1 up and running with win95b on a 256Meg cf card. I have two little problems I could really use your help on. One the compaq thinks it has a 5 1/2 inch floppy and searches it everytime you try to load a driver. "It takes forever"..I guess since it doesn't have a 5 1/2 floppy is why. I've tried disabling it and removeing it. No help...ANY SUGGESTIONS??? Next I haven't been successful in loading a modem driver for the 56K winmodem. Can anyone point me to the driver or give any other suggestions on how to get the internal modem up and running.
