RE:Original ePods Protective Case (modified 0 times) Hunter Green Looks nice, but from past experience with other devices I find I'm a lot more happy with a "flip case" that stays on all the time, rather than a "slide in" case that I have to fumble around with, particularly when the device is something like this, where half the point of it is for it to be immediately ready to use. My first Palm case was a "slide in" and it seemed nice at first, but once I tried a "flip case" style, I never wanted to go back. Of course your mileage may vary. 03-19-2001 07:10:34

I added a small piece of corrugated plastic sign material inside to act as a rigid screen protector. That way when I have the various cords, ac adapter... in the side pocket the screen will be protected from damage if something heavy pushes on it or it bounces against something (like happens too often with my kids!). I am storing two of them now for my "collection" or to give as a gift to any very special person who might receive a gift ePods from me [this, of course would be someone who would apprecate the significance of the rare, original case] We have loads of dust here so the case is perfect for my #1 e-Bub that makes numerous wireless trips around the house and then is set down while doing a task needing my full attention. In addition to dust protection, the cover has protecteced #1 e-Bub from kitchen and "reading room" water splashes AND most importantly..!!!!!... protection from the giant "slingers" that my herd of GIANT Bubs manage to deposit on ANY exposed surface. BTW...TURNER and HOOCH was quite an exageration BUT we have measured "slingers" appraching 24" [not the usual] and it is pretty amazing how far, in any direction, they can sling them!!!! Genovations and iBIZ make a serial win CE compatible keyboard. It is a small footprint and works great. http://www.genovation.com/computer/index.html From what I heard, the cases were the only things made that had the logo on them.
