Silly Modem Question

New MessageSilly Modem Question (modified 0 times) Carol
Silly question of the night - I hope this is an easy one!

I've been using the modem, and up until now, have just left the phone cord attached to the card.
I'm now packing for a trip out of town and am ready to unplug the phone cord from the modem. But can't figure out
how to get the cord undone. Is this just a brute force thing, or is there an area that I have to squeeze and tug
at the same time? I've never seen one so mysterious before.

Thanks for your thoughts!

Carol

Carol: The phone cord is a friction fit into the modem. A few of mine are pretty tight also. Remove the modem so you can get a good grip on the card and pull on the hard plastic strain relief. I does come out. HTH.

Electronics run on smoke, if you let the smoke out they won't work
