Tired of looking around on ebay and checking to see if its compatible, I just want to buy one that I know will work on it, hoping someone has an extra or doesn't need one that works ( + dongle)

Hey Ionizer,
Check out http://www.techonweb.com/default.asp and run a search for EC2T. It's the Linksys Combo PCMCIA network card and dongle. $27.00 plus $10.00 shipping. Works great with epods and the NE2000 compatible ethernet driver, although you will have to assign a fixed IP address. I've never actually gotten the DHCP assignment to work with my epods.

hmm thanks, i found that same one for $15 + $8 s&H on pricewatch though

woops, i was looking at the coupler
yeah pricewatch has that as the cheapest place to get it
still though, $30 is way too frigging much for a frigging 10baseT pcmcia card
these things can be found lying around everywhere at major corporations
they are not worth more than $7
so i refuse to pay much more than that...just wait until someone finds one in a pile of junk...thanks though
