CF/PCMCIA Adapter

New MessageCF/PCMCIA Adapter (modified 0 times) MASJM
Does anyone have CF/PCMCIA Adapter working on their epods?

I have two 32Meg CF card and is wondering if i should get an CF/PCMCIA adapter. I read sometime back that it doesn't work for hack 2.0

I am using a MicroDrive in the PCMCIA adapter with the 2.04 hack and it works.
(Haven't used flash, but it should be sort of the same thing I guess)

I have used a 8, 22 and 64 MB Compact flash cards with 2 different type of pcmcia adapters and they all worked. It recognized them Storage Card 2, Storage Card 3 and Storage Card 4. But I was able to read and write off of them.

I tried using my 30MB, 64MB, and 128MB CF card in my epods with my pcmcia adapter and it recognizes that there was a new card installed, but I can't browse it, read from it, or write to it? I'm using ver. 2.04 of the hack too, and it didn't work for me..

Did anyone do anything different? Do you have to modify the registry some more to get it to work?

I know the PCMCIA adapter works because I use it in my laptop all the time for downloading my digital pictures.
