HELP!! Cant get pages due to cache error (modified 0 times)

All of the sudden i'm getting an error when I go to certain websites that says "cant download to cache". Mostly on larger sites(ebay). The page will not load. Ive raised my cache setting in explorer but it didnt help. I'm new at this so take it easy on me guys. Thanks in advance.

The exact error is "file could not be written to cache"

I use ePods as my ISP and had the same problem. According to them only a hard reset solves the problem.
