Need help setting up W2K/ePods so that ePods can browse desktop drives (modified 0 times)

roamed the message board but nothing works.
I'm connecting through a Wavelan.
I've got a home network set up and Netbios enabled over TCP/IP so I should be all set, but no go.

the only problem I see is that ePads refers to a "domain name" while w2k has a "workgroup name"...

Hello,
I've got it working on mine. I am using Win2k as well and I don't have a domain, just a workgroup like you. When I set up my PCMCIA NIC, I left the domain name blank. I've been able to browse and copy files back and forth.

yep works here too now. Just jogged that NetBios setting a few times !
