| Has anyone else tried the bSquare app, bInTouch? Its a client to client voice over IP application for WindowsCE. I have it running great between two ePods, except the delay between speaking on one and hearing it on the other is rather long. I had always thought the delay in most VOIP protocols was due to latency between clients, but being on the same LAN I doubt this is the case. Also, bInTouch is half-duplex only (not surprising), which requires the users to toggle a 'talk/listen' button, which is disconcerting.
Anyone know of any other VOIP apps for WinCE? Ideally I'd like to be able to use my home ePod network as an impromptu intercom. This software would do it at a minimal level, but I'd like more functionality. Also, it happens to be a 30 day trial version and bSquare stopped selling software to the public. :( | |
