calibration always going bad

It's intermittent but the calibration seems to go out of whack quite often. Is that normal? How often does everyone have to recalibrate? Once a day? More? Less? Thanks!

I don't have any suggestions; I've never had to recalibrate. I use the ePods for 30+ mins every day and its accuracy is the same as day one.
