Ok, maybe I am overlooking something REALLY obvious.. But I need to use Page-Up/Down keys and realized I know of no way to do any of the extended keys (End/Home/Page Up/Page Down/Insert Delete/etc...).
Is there any way to input these keys with the on-screen keyboard? And/or is there a tray app or something similar that will send such key commands?
