| Just a note, a friend of mine caught NM with a few in stock and placed an order about a month ago. He was not called, but didn't receive anything so he called himself. They told him virtually the same thing, that they were out of stock, but if he wanted his order would stay in the queue so if/when stock became available, he'd be shipped one.
About a week later he received an ePod from them, however it had obviously been opened, and was completely non-functional. So it looks like they may re-ship returned product. It could also have been a one-time mistake, but better safe than sorry. They did take it back with no questions asked.
