VNC will not run on epod?

Hi all. I have the MIPS ver of VNC on my epods (150k) I copyed it over from my host PC its only the exe file. However when I go to run it it does not do anything. I get no kind of error or feedback, its as if i never clicked it. Is there some specail way of running it or does it req a certian amount of ram?

clear the VNC setting in the registry, there is a command line options that make it useful if u connect to a certain LAN Machinename.
