Got my Xircom CreditCard Ethernet 10/100 working today. If you search out the card type in their support section at Xircom.com you can find the Win CE drivers. After copying the right MIPS set for the epod to a temp dir and then dubble clicking the CAB it will install the drivers to the system. Then you insert the xircom nic and soft-reset. BOOM now it works.
There are two MIPS drivers in the package. One is ce3_hpc_R4_20.MIPS.CAB and did not work for me, the other is CE3_HPCJUP_R4_21.MIPS.CAB and when I installed it BINGO!
I'll try to find the link on Xircom's site again and will post it.
Here is the Win CE driver package from Xircom, hope it works for you. I had to soft reset to bring mine online after I installed them. Also there is a power shutdown utility it will install in your control panel.

Hmm Well I don't know if they make a specific CE driver for that card type. However the NIC driver may still work if the PC card NIC hardware is close or the same.
