Brand new epods. Opened it up, charged it. turned it on. It found the modem. Then brought me to a screen that has epods on top and the word handshake below. There is also a place for the Member name and password. I tried typing in ctrl-3 ctrl-1 ctrl-4 ctrl-1 ctrl-5 (typing it exactly as seen, with spaces), but it doesn't fit into the Member name box (with spaces) I do not have it connected to a phone jack yet either. Am I in the right place? What am I doing wrong?
One observation:
You should be pressing the "ctrl" (next to the "alt") button
followed by the respective number, you should not be
typing 'c' 't' 'r' 'l' '-'...
