Keyboard Hack? Has anyone found one?
Looking for a keyboard hack.

The software keyboard for the epod is truly cool, it blows non epod users minds when they see it, along with calligrapher which recognizes almost everyones hand writing.

What I want to know is has anyone found a hack for the keyboard that lets other applications know when it is there? It's annoying to use in word when the information that you are editing is under the keyboard... I am looking for something along the lines of the Compaq Ipaq which does exactly as described.

Anyways if anyone has seen one let me know.

ePods didn't create it, it's either an off-the-shelf CE utility or was added by the manufacturer. ePods changed some of the original code, just moving the skey's default position I believe. The real problem is that you can't minimize Word or other applications to share the screen with the keyboard, right?

True enough, that the applications cannot be minimized, in the IPAQ they can't be either... I think they fool the applications by changing, or sending a message to applications, a false screen size, so the apps just auto resize into the new screen size.

I know you can replace the keyboard (It's a dll... just have to make another one... heheheh JUST.) so I was wondering if anyone has.
