I've had Divx Player running. I used an HPC Version, had to install two different releases. One allowed me to play movies but not change settings and the other allowed me to change the setting, so together they worked.
Poor results, movies were in 'slow motion'.
The latest BetaPlayer loads and doesn't crash when you play a movie. First few frames play but then the cpu just can't keep up.
Encoding movies with a lower bitrate and smaller size (640x480 won't work) produces much better results. A quick fix is to use pocket divx encoder and encode using smartphone parameters. Small on your display but ok results.
