Just as sure as I was that epod was the answer for the BE300 woes oh so many months ago now I am sure we can turn around and help you in return!!!!

Want to have Windows Media Player 1.1 ( full) 7.1 ( working but some functions disabled)
Why would it not work, many many many people said the BE300 was not able to have media player and pocket IE 3.0 , but we have it and now we evn have some of the PIM functions like Today screen and more.
We can't realy do the work for you, but we can provide the files and maybe the reg settings. As after all it is your original registry that gave us life.
Check it out and see if you can break it open on the Epod. Wouldn't it be cool to have a web pad with a Today screen

Look all over the first 3 pages, for how to get Windows Media Player and Today screen. If we can do it you can too, it is your files we use to jump start us.
