| I finally managed to win an epods on eBay. I plan on using it in my kitchen as an Internet terminal (802.11b), recipe displayer, and if possible interface it with a barcode scanner. The unit that I got has been partially hacked, so I would like to know how to return it to it's original state (so I can hack it on my own from scratch). Also, I have a spare Proxim RangeLAN-DS 802.11 card, will it work with the ePods device? Next, does anyone know of a barcode scanner that I can interface with the ePods? Finally, if anyone has any favorite software that they recommend, I'm always looking for new uses for my "toys." Thanks! :) | |
