Order epods from the factory?
Will enough people pay $550 for a new epods type device?

Just an Idea I came up with... I doubt anyone's interested, but I just wanted to see the response. Is anyone interested in ordering epods from the factory? They cost $550 new, and some upgrades have been included since epods went bankrupt.. including optional 32/64 mb memory, ect, ect. I know that people just want the $199 epods, but those were deeply discounted by the 3 year service commitment... and actually cost around $650 to make! If anyone thinks this could be a good idea.. post here or email ryanwjudy at aol dot com . Thanks!

I would like to see what the options were and exactly how much it was. I could very easily justify an upgraded epod for around 500 depending on what it came with (etc etc).....email me at speedbal at mail dot com with the info if you get it.

Thanks

Why don't you just buy mine?

32mb ram upgrade, windows ce 2.12, 64mb compact flash card, neoprene (sp?) epods case, 4500mah battery, lucent orinoco silver wireless card (less than 2 weeks old), serial cable and 56K modem.

Long life battery. I would be interested in specifics on making a long life battery. Mine (original owner) only goes for a couple of hours only if I am lucky. Thanks in advance.
