Very cool! I didn't think I'd see it happen because most of the hacking seems to have died down with the epods and the Linux port is pretty ambitious. It would be cool if you could get something like OPIE running on the epod!

I see you are hung up on the Touch Screen driver, and wish I could help. Is there a USB driver for the chipset ( I would be interested in getting that up and running and have some experience with usb devices ) ?
I finally found Skinny (see above) a year or two ago and actually got a linux kernel to boot. I could do ls and simple commands via serial console. I'm not a linux guru, but can find everything if someone wants to resurrect this.
