Seriously though.
First I'm assuming that it's powering up, you get some kind of light or something that signifies that there's life?
Do you have sound?
Can you browse the epods files from your desktop computer over the network connection?
If you can connect from one end but see nothing on the screen the screen may be damaged. Or on the bright side it might just be dimmed to low to see. Try holding down the power button will you press the ... oh shoot I can't remember which button to press (I don't have my epods here). Anyway you can control the brightness by using the combination of power and one of the other buttons on top... search the groups or check geocities/epodsfiles.
Does it rattle when you shake it?
Does it have two white knobs at the lower left and right corners?:)
