Tcharts desktop is a windows type desktop that is fast and very memory efficient. It was made for the Casio BE300 Pocket Manager.
The application itself is less than 20kb and basically the only memory it utilises is for the background wallpaper.

Run desktop.exe, at first you will have a blank screen. Tap the upper left corner for the configuration menu.
Select your wallpaper and add icons using the configuration menu.
